We print envelopes, both window and regular, in all shapes and sizes. We sell self seal and windows with inside tint. Custom sizes and shapes are available in quantities of 5000 or more. Unusual colors and shapes are available as special orders. If you want it and have some time to allow for them to arrive or be manufactured we can get it done. Most common sizes and types would be done in 4 to 7 workdays. Just give us a call!
Here are a few basic suggestions:
Use your brochure to backup what you say in a letter or a
personal appearance. Include lists, photographs, commonly asked questions
and their answers, quotations and case histories.
Remember the brochure may get separated from the letter or be
read long after the personal contact.
That is why it is ok to repeat information in the brochure that
was in the letter or mentioned during your personal appearance.
Here is a check list of things to include in a brochure:
1. A cover headline
2. Your organization name and logo.
3. Your slogan.
4. Your street address and mailing address, if it’s different.
5. Your telephone numbers, emails and web addresses.
6. Your hours of operation.
7. A map to show how to find you.
8. A detailed description of the services you offer.
9. Photos of facilities and people.
10. Testimonials and references.
11. Lists of services.
12. A question and answer section.
13. Your organizations background.
14. A call to action or a response card.
